Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using komalvardhan.com or any resource on it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, close the tab. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Komal Vardhan Lolugu, the individual operator of the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the contact form, newsletter sign-up, or any form that submits personal data. If you are between 13 and 18, you may read public content but must not submit any personal data.

3. Content and intellectual property

• All written content, essays, project notes, page designs, screenshots, and photographs are © Komal Vardhan Lolugu unless explicitly attributed otherwise.
• You may quote up to 150 words with credit and a link back. Reuploading entire posts is not permitted.
• Code snippets in posts and any open-source projects I publish are licensed under their stated licence (mostly MIT). Those licences govern the code, not these terms.
• Photographs and screenshots may not be reused commercially without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at a rate that affects others or use automated tools beyond what a normal visitor would do.
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site.
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written permission.
• Use any AI chat or assistant endpoint to attempt prompt-injection attacks, jailbreaks, or to generate content that is unlawful under the laws of India.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any minified or compiled asset.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights.

5. Newsletter and contact form

By submitting your email to the newsletter or contact form you confirm the address is yours, you may unsubscribe or be deleted at any time per the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links and content

The site links to third-party pages, packages, and tools. I do not control those, do not endorse them by linking, and am not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

7. No professional advice

Posts on this site reflect my opinion and personal experience. They are not legal, tax, medical, financial, or career advice. Do your own diligence before acting on anything you read here.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an as-is and as-availablebasis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, my aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this site is limited to one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000). I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Suspension and termination

I may block, throttle, or disable access for any user who breaches these terms or whose use threatens the security or stability of the site.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The latest version always lives at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply where relevant. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability
